With every Moon Bounce reservation, we include complimentary delivery within 25 miles of Yadkinville, NC. 

Outside of our 25 mile radius includes a delivery fee.

Helpful Tips:


We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure the exact style and color that you want at your event.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total amount owed is due at time of booking, and your remaining balance is due the week of your event. View our FAQs regarding rain re-bookings.

Are you insured?


Absolutely! Safety is always our top priority! We carry General Liability insurance with coverage up to $2 million. 



What all is included with your rental fee?


Delivery, set up, and pick up is included up to 25 miles from Yadkinville, North Carolina. Delivery fee available if located outside of service area.



How long is the rental period?


The rental period is 4-6 hours! We will set up your bounce house at least a half hour prior to your event. In most cases we are able to drop off the bounce houses even earlier if needed. We understand that most of our clients will be setting up other items for their event which requires all vendors to arrive early. If you need the bounce house longer than 6 hours, we are flexible and happy to work with you!



Do I need to make a deposit?


Yes. Reservations are allocated on a first come first serve basis. A 50% non-refundable deposit will reserve a bounce house for your celebration.


What about weather?

If your event is canceled prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to 1 year from your initial event date. We cannot refund your initial deposit, but we can refund your remaining balance if you choose not to reschedule. We also will allow you to gift your booking to a friend/family member to use within 1 year. 



Are your bounce houses cleaned?


Yes! Cleaned and fully sanitized. We take excellent care of our bounce houses and will always deliver a vacuumed and cleaned bounce house to your celebration.



How large of an area is needed to accommodate the bounce house? 


For our large bounce houses, a 15 x 15 x 15 ft is the minimum area required for our bounce houses. For our bitty bouncers, 10ft x 10ft x 9ft is required. 



What surfaces can accommodate the bounce houses?


A flat level surface is needed. Turf or grass is required for outdoor surfaces. Indoor surfaces must be smooth for setup. No rocks, dirt, or, gravel will be permitted for increased safety precautions. 



What is the maximum distance from an electrical outlet can the bounce house be set up?


50 ft. from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. If you are further than 50ft from an electrical outlet or you do not have access to electricity, we also rent generators for an included fee. Please specify this need while reserving.



Is an operator included with our rental? 

No, but we are happy to provide an operator for an additional hourly rate. *Please specify this upon booking.* Please keep in mind, children are required to be supervised by an adult at all times. Moon Bounce is not liable for any persons operating or using the bounce house at any time. We are not liable for any operator error or injuries incurred during the time of rental use. 


Are balloons included?


No, but we are happy to make suggestions for local vendors we love. is our preferred balloon vendor :) 



How many people are allowed on the bounce house at once?


There is an 800 pound maximum weight limit for our large bounce houses. We suggest no more than 4 jumpers at a time. For our bitty bouncers, our max age limit is 6 years old, and 500 lbs or 4-5 kiddos.. Please use your discretion for the number of persons at one time on the bounce house based on your group. 



Can we have paint or smoke bombs for gender reveals on the bounce house?


No. We do not allow paint, glow sticks, colored smoke bombs for gender reveals, and/or staining food and beverages on or near the bounce house.  A cleaning  fee will be imposed for violations. Help us keep them beautiful! 


Can we add lights to the bounce house?

Due to fire safety code, we cannot allow lights to be connected to the bounce house, but we are happy to help you with designing a fun space with lights around the perimeter of the Moon Bounce area.
